Score another one for the Maniacal Right. Giffords to resign from Congress to continue healing

.. score another 'victory' for the Fanatical Corporate Feudalist Party. Gabrielle Giffords will resign from Congress so she can continue the healing process and rebuilding her life. Score another point for Fascism and one against Democracy in America.

perhaps we should send a congratulatory note to Sarah Palin, with a rifle cross-hairs sight depiction on the card - (also to Limbaugh and others who relentlessly rage at Democrats using incendiary, provocative language).

She will be at the State of the Union address, defying the divisive forces of our politics. Don't sully her triumph with any notion that her leaving office is, in anyway, any kind of victory for those divisive forces. The question we should ask is, "Who has the guts to oppose Arizona Apartheid from the seat she releases?"
