"Too Much" (good info)

http://www.toomuchonline.org/tmweekly.html

What if America's CEOs really had to disclose their compensation, not just to the federal Securities and Exchange Commission, but directly to consumers? Dick Lambert, an energy conservation engineer in Minnesota, wants to see Congress require firms that pay their top execs over 100 times America's average income to incorporate their annual CEO pay figure into all their promo materials, everything from their advertising to the nameplates on their doors. If even just a modest number of shoppers bypassed Wal-Mart's $20,693,545 door and tried Costco's $4,810,773 portal instead, suggests Lambert, then Wal-Mart’s board of directors just might have to start rethinking its CEO pay choices.

Have your own idea for narrowing America’s great divide? Share your notion with Too Much, and we’ll compile — and publish — a list of the best and boldest!
