Then he totally got away with it in one flip-off sentence:
"On the other hand, I also have a belief that we have to look forward as opposed to looking backward."

So totally anti-Bush. No "bring 'em on!" Just an oh so reasonable assurance to the Cheney contingent in the US admin that they can move on to phase 2.
