RNC mouthpiece INSISTS GOP has "fully rallied around Mitt Romney, is ready to defeat Barack Obama"

This was the RNC's "communications director"...Baghdad Bob, I guess...and he was just on MSNBC, dishing up TEH CRAZY (he got cut off when he went on a tangent about "Hillary Clinton's hitman&quot . Said there is no "enthusiasm gap" surrounding Romney...Republicans just LOVE him and KNOW he's gonna WIN!

And, like good little sheeple, they'll fall in line. There's something in the water down there. It's effects are limited to good litte Rethuglicans.

Bizarre, baby.

While the Repubs and other conservatives have not yet rallied behind Romney, I think they will, before long. They may not like Mitt Romney, but they HATE President Obama. Do not be fooled into thinking that the followers of Santorum and Gingrich will stand aside just because Romney is the nominee. Recall that Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton were going at it "hammer-and-tongs" during the primary. That still did not destroy the Obama campaign or the Democratic party. Hillary's supporters stood behind Barack Obama in the general election. Squabbling is what primaries are for. So, we cannot afford to get over-confident and convince ourselves that Romney will defeat himself. There is a lot of work ahead for us.
