editorial cartoon?

every once in awhile a get an idea for what I consider may be fodder ( no not a Brooklyn father) for an editorial cartoon...dare i do this???
idea...first frame 1920's looking setting of people talking about the horrible effects of the current Spanish flu pandemic ...2nd frame 2020 group of concerned people talking about this f...ing horrible 2020 Covid19 pandemic...3rd frame... a futuristic setting of people, the Jetsons or equal, looking in a US history book or holigraph in year 2320...under the category of the Trump pandemic of 2020...
just an idea...is this ok to do...

B: 2018: tRump tossing Pandemic plan into trash with ghostly 2019-20 grim reaper / coronavirus overlooking. In the trash is already a large history volume of the 1918-1919 flu pandemic

C: 2118: Jetson's looking at book / holograms of Great Trump Pandemic of 2020 and scratching heads.
