Jared Kushner Is Going to Get Us All Killed
Trumps son-in-law has no business running the coronavirus response.

Reporting on the White Houses herky-jerky coronavirus response, Vanity Fairs Gabriel Sherman has a quotation from Jared Kushner that should make all Americans, and particularly all New Yorkers, dizzy with terror.
According to Sherman, when New Yorks governor, Andrew Cuomo, said that the state would need 30,000 ventilators at the apex of the coronavirus outbreak, Kushner decided that Cuomo was being alarmist. I have all this data about I.C.U. capacity, Kushner reportedly said. Im doing my own projections, and Ive gotten a lot smarter about this. New York doesnt need all the ventilators. (Dr. Anthony Fauci, the countrys top expert on infectious diseases, has said he trusts Cuomos estimate.)
Even now, its hard to believe that someone with as little expertise as Kushner could be so arrogant, but he said something similar on Thursday, when he made his debut at the White Houses daily coronavirus briefing: People who have requests for different products and supplies, a lot of them are doing it based on projections which are not the realistic projections.
Kushner has succeeded at exactly three things in his life. He was born to the right parents, married well and learned how to influence his father-in-law. Most of his other endeavors his biggest real estate deal, his foray into newspaper ownership, his attempt to broker a peace deal between the Israelis and the Palestinians have been failures.
Undeterred, he has now arrogated to himself a major role in fighting the epochal health crisis thats brought America to its knees. Behind the scenes, Kushner takes charge of coronavirus response, said a Politico headline on Wednesday. This is dilettantism raised to the level of sociopathy.

(9,426 posts)He is interchangeable with the other prick in the WH (not the big orange one) Stephen Miller. Both have outsized egos. It has to be included in the rules for the presidency that NO family members are to be put into positions that they are unqualified to fill. tRump never could have made it on qualifications. Putin HAD to step in to get his dream of destroying the USA. How much longer before Beavis or Butthead is put in charge of the Treasury? The tRump "boys" have nothing to do since the properties are all closed.

(11,885 posts)Have zero value on yours and anyone else's life, and people can see this every day they drag their feet stalling payouts and help from getting to the people while acting like this is acceptable. The lying and claims of greatness handling this only makes them look more corrupt and criminal . Maybe the gop will get the message very soon, the American people will not re-elect trump , and the gop have to dump his ass as their candidate.

Just because he is filling a vacuum at the top by being appointed Tzar-Csar of Everything doesn't mean he is competent.
But the ideologues and clueless people around him are impressed, because he is a tRump-whisperer.

I thought an Act was instituted by DuPont making billions from WWI and the BFEE profiting also. It was so bad for DuPont that they actually charged $1 profit for WWII due to people's abject hatred of the company for profiting off WWI
Oh! Just read where Jared has FUBAR'd this response in order for he and his frat bros seek out ways to privatize this disaster.
