1. Scalia has become an unbelievably lazy juror

or maybe he has been this way for years. He can't even make up his own questions. he read free republic and that becomes his questions. He may be on the verge of dementia. He's fat and I believe smokes. usually those kind of people age very fast. He is also the most blatantly compromised unethical jurist I have ever seen.
