Our Collective Good ("good," inspiring news site)

"Our Collective Good is where inspiring, enlightening, thought-provoking, informative, joyful content is shared, representing Humanity’s Collective Good."

There are many stories and posts there, such as this one about a youth movement -- "what's good in the hood" -- in Lawrence, MA.

What’s Good in the Hood is a social venture run by high school students who are committed to changing how the world views their city: Lawrence, MA. WGITH began in 2009 when its founder, Gladys Gitau, won a social entrepreneurship contest and a $1,500 grant to start a paper about the positive things happening in Lawrence. Now, Gladys and the WGITH team have published five issues and counting. They volunteer at community events and encourage other youth to participate through media outlets, such as Facebook and Twitter.
