they are so full of themselves, it still takes majority votes (many people) to pass laws in Congress, not one person. It takes a person who can get others to join them in sponsoring bills, and shepherding them through Congress, a sharp person who can overcome arguments against the bill and successfully implement them in the real world.

Rump is failing miserably at this whole process.
