I don't know how well Mississippi State travels, but Iowa fans travel to bowl games very well, so 25,000 empty seats in a 65,000 seat stadium is pretty shocking.

The worst part is. They've already taken all the money. Income taxes can never recover what the wealthy have fleeced from everyday Americans over that timeframe. Most of the wealthy's wealth is now untaxable -- they've already "earned" it! I don't care how progressive our income tax system becomes, it can never recover the wealth these greedy bastards stole from the average American via the GOP's supply-side aid and abettance (otherwise known as voodoo kleptomania).

The only way to restore wealth distribution to it's pre-Reagan balance is via a wealth tax -- a tax individual assets. Think that will ever happen? Did you know that Donald Trump actually proposed a "wealth tax" in 1999 to cover the total national debt? Look it up. Think he'd propose that today?

As a party, we will someday soon need to begin talking openly about a wealth tax instead of simply defending social security, medicare and other publicly funded programs that benefit individual average people. We need to shoot for the moon or we will never recover any semblance of balance.

OK. Rant over. Carry on.

We need a wealth tax alright. Here’s hoping it begins to happen when the Dems take complete control.

who don't pay attention to big-time college athletics...

Of course I've been telling people for years to vote with their remote controls if it outrages them so much and we all know that never happens...
