2. Either dictatorship, or a complete misunderstanding of what a president can actually...

...accomplish within the bounds of the constitution. Dump needs cooperation from Congress to get funding for most of his policies. And even if he has a majority in Congress it will take time and have to pass muster with conservative deficit hawks...
