...accomplish within the bounds of the constitution. Dump needs cooperation from Congress to get funding for most of his policies. And even if he has a majority in Congress it will take time and have to pass muster with conservative deficit hawks...

This is an exersize to see how hard the American Republic can be pushed by the radical treasonous right that understands they are living on borrowed time. We avoided this 70 years ago at great cost Fascism has returned.
