and in another online piece about removing mountain tops, building cities atop the removed dirt placed in valleys. I see more stories about failures for this as well

and likely going to be dozens of robots doing different things on each construction site. I have no doubt that the entire building process will be able to be seamlessly completely automated from start to finish within 20 years. Including electrical and network wiring and plumbing. The financial incentive to do this is huge.

3D extruded plastics can be surprisingly strong. They get stronger all the time.

and even if they were "demo" homes, you still have to make them structurally sound, demo or not.

I have a feeling they cut as many corners as possible.

I work in the architecture/construction industry and I have heard of and seen construction nightmares out of China
