US Adoption of WTO Procurement Policies will Prevent Cities Procurement Bans on States and Countries

Policies like the following will soon be barred by our joining the WTO GPA (Government Procurement Agreement) as they will adversely effect and involve International trade.


( Rights to perform contracts will be entitlements that go to the winning lowest bidders. )

So will Buy American and Hire American policies like the 1930s new Deal programs

They figured out the copyright law changes in TPP are gonna effect them. Gamers not pleased, but they get it.

They seem more interested then DUers
