And .. until he decided to run for president, Carson's image was front and center on Mannatech .. promotional material. Carson told CNN .. he did not know Mannatech used his image .. for years ... For the most recent speech, the company says Carson was paid $42,000 .. Carson denied any relationship with Mannatech ...

1. Why focus on Carson?

You are helping main stream media deflect attention from Bernie. Your singing to the choir hurts all of us as we spend days reveling in how much better we are than Carson. No one on Democratic Underground needs to be reminded Republicans are crazy, and none of us will ever vote for Carson. Lets keep some focus on democrats and the issues affecting our people. Go Bernie!

2. Well, that argument has a flip side...

... no one on Democratic Underground needs to be reminded that we favor Hillary/Bernie/Martin, and will never vote for a Republican either. But the issues that need to be discussed affect ALL of us, "D" and "R" alike, even if the "R"s are too dirt stupid to realize it. And wise strategists always study their enemy closely, and ignore them at their peril.

Carson's at the top of the Republican manure pile at the moment, and knowing what motivates people to support a lying lunatic like him is valuable intel.
