In today's Brief: Mass rape in Sudan; migrants crossing the Mediterranean feared dead; Europe's response to terror attacks; a dissidents in Azerbaijan, Ukraine peace talks

Sudanese army forces raped more than 200 girls and women in an organized attack that took place over 36 hours in Darfur in October 2014, a new Human Rights Watch report says. Victims of the attack describe beatings and torture in addition to the sexual violence committed by the soldiers. The mass rapes may amount to crimes against humanity.
