United Auto Workers President Bob King is calling on union members to join him in protesting a fund-raising appearance by Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker at the San Marino Club in Troy on Tuesday the opening salvo in a nonviolent civil disobedience campaign called the "99 Percent Spring."
