MIDTOWN (WABC) -- There is no question that millions of eyes around the world are on Times Square on New Year's Eve, and with that large of an audience, protesters tell Eyewitness News that the night is the perfect night to get their message heard.

The protesters say that their fight for justice is not nearly over, and with the new year, they want to see new changes inside the NYPD and police departments across the country.
