2nd Day of Rallies in New Jersey, New York After Ferguson News

People protesting the Ferguson, Missouri, grand jury decision took to the streets in cities in New York and New Jersey for a second day Tuesday.
In New York City, about 250 protesters again gathered in Union Square and began marching north on Broadway Tuesday evening, holding signs reading "We will not be silent" and "A badge is not a license to kill." Crowds grew by the hundreds as they continued uptown, reaching more than 500 as they passed Herald Square.
