(23,946 posts)Civilians about 1000 to 3. No wonder it is left unsaid, the math says it all.
Better to just lump all the deaths together and hope no one notices.....
And the property damage....what is the tally there?

(7,107 posts)The Palestinians have a great chance to bring world pressure on Israel, yet they throw away the moral high ground with dumb rocket attacks that don't do anything but provide political and public cover for the Israeli actions.
Hamas is Israel's biggest enabler. Why the people of Gaza don't hunt them down themselves is a mystery.

(23,946 posts)much harm have these rockets done compared to 30,000 bombs and shells shot by IDF?
Why do you guys always want to deflect from the "kill the neighbour for throwing a rock" mentality?

(7,107 posts)The rockets destroy the Palestinians rightful and deserved moral high ground and public sympathy, even if the rockets caused zero damage and zero deaths.
Hamas is enabling this to continue by providing Israel a justification for what it wants to do anyway.
Take away the whole terrorist label and the world would rally around the Palestinians. Hamas, to Israels delight, prefers to pursue a military option when they are completely out gunned. That's just stupid.
The only real lever the Palestinians have is political and that requires getting world opinion on their side. Hamas continually pisses that away with "symbolic" attacks.

(1,846 posts)We've got to start calling BS on these lame excuses for killing innocents.
The St. Louis police killed a guy for having a knife and brandishing it and trying to commit suicide by cop. wtf?
We've stopped valuing human life somewhere along the way.
Let's fix that, OK?

(23,946 posts)houses to be shot at with unguided rockets....what are the odds? Your analogy is beyond weak.
Combine logic with your imagination, it works better.
30,000 rockets, 0 houses hit....you live in a manufactured fear land.
30,000 artillery shells....plenty of houses hit, the piles of dead bodies tells you they hit their mark, the IDF proudly claims it.
Not to mention the power plant hit. Bullseye, no more electricity for any house...your house have electricity?
