RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif. (AP) President Barack Obama is encouraging college graduates to keep up the fight against climate change.
The president is expected to issue a call to action on global warming in a commencement address Saturday at the University of California, Irvine. Earlier this month, he announced a contentious plan to cut pollution from power plants.
Obama also plans to raise money for the Democratic National Committee at a closed-door fundraiser at a private home in Orange County.
He's spending the rest of the Father's Day weekend at the Rancho Mirage home of White House decorator Michael Smith and his partner, U.S. Ambassador to Spain James Costos.

What we do need is for our President to stand up to the Big Corporate Polluters and make them pay! Exxon comes to mind etc etc.. You know those same corporate entities where these graduates will be vying for jobs.
