Sen. Cruz won’t endorse Cornyn in Texas GOP race

WASHINGTON — Sen. Ted Cruz is refusing to endorse his fellow Texas Republican in next week’s primary in which a tea party candidate is trying to oust the Senate’s second-ranking GOP leader.
Cruz declined to say whether he will vote for Sen. John Cornyn or challenger Steve Stockman.
Cruz continued criticizing GOP leaders Thursday and said he doesn’t plan to endorse any incumbents or their challengers in this year’s primaries. He did not rule out changing his mind later.

All three names mentioned above are of people not colloquially worth a bucket of piss.
Stockman, unless he does something maniacally stupid, will be nothing but a footnote in years to come. Cornyn is an evil-hearted creep.
Cruz, in years to come, by some historians will have an interesting paragraph, or chapter written about him. Cruz has both delusions and ambitions beyond the average political critter, but he is nuts. We are talking wacko, he is in the establishment party, and he worked the establishment route (including Princeton), and he has no problem with irritating his fellow Republicans.
Cruz makes interesting eruptions in a day's disposable "news", but he chips away at his own foundation.
