One of the Omaha police officers fired after the controversial arrests of three brothers in north Omaha last year will get his job back.
Officer Bradley D. Canterbury was one of four officers fired in April, after a video surfaced of the arrests near 33rd and Seward Streets.
He was the officer seen in the video who appeared to throw Octavious Johnson to the ground. Canterbury later handcuffed Johnson and appeared to strike him several times.
Today, the city was notified of the arbitrator's ruling: Canterbury could be reinstated.
