The majority of polls show Republicans will bear the blame for this shutdown. Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) has privately warned House Republicans that they could lose their majority in 2014 as a result of shutting down the government.

Boehner warns them they may lose their majority, but the drunken SOB can't find the guts to stop catering to the idiots that are causing all the problems, the tea party? Doesn't say much for him as a leader at all!

All Boehner seems to be worried about is his own well being. He already has a tea party challenger, so I assume that now all he wants to do is kiss ass to the tea party in hopes they will back him instead of his challenger. To hell with the country, to hell with the citizens of this country, as long as he can get re-elected!
