Hyon Song Wol, Kim Jong Un's Ex-Girlfriend, Reportedly Executed For Making Sex Tape

Source: Huffington Post

Unconfirmed reports claim the ex-girlfriend of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un was executed by firing squad along with 11 others, after the group allegedly made and sold a sex tape.

Hyon Song Wol, a singer in North Korea's famed Unhasu Orchestra, was killed by machine gun along with 11 other members of the orchestra and the Wangjaesan Light Music Band, another popular state-run music group in North Korea, according to a report in The Chosun Ilbo, South Korea's largest daily newspaper.

The report, which cites an anonymous source in China, says the group was arrested Aug. 17 for filming and selling a pornographic video featuring themselves. The clip reportedly found its way across the border to China. Their families were forced to watch the execution, which took place three days later, and were then sent to the country's notorious prison camps, the source said.

Hyon was a famous performer whose fame peaked around 2005 with the popular song "Excellent Horse-Like Lady." She is said to have dated Kim in the early 2000's, after the young leader returned from boarding school in Switzerland. But she disappeared from the public eye around 2006, near the time Kim Jong Il began grooming his son to be Supreme Leader. (Kim Jong Il reportedly disapproved of the relationship and ordered Hyon to leave the orchestra to keep her away from his son.)

Like an extension of the already disastrous oil age even further over the brink to unimaginable global catastrophe?

Or do "we" get those fat oil profits... oh yeah, I don't. Probably you don't either. But if you don't, maybe you identify with those who do as though they are "we."

Or wait, do "we" get this wonderful Islamist internationalism that Saudi promotes? Al-Qaeda, you might say, exists only to threaten the enemies "we" choose. And in a pinch, they can also serve as the enemy themselves.

And "we," in case this isn't obvious enough: that's your pronoun...

Maybe you should rethink all this.

- this place is currently full of the pro-war wave that usually appear mysteriously whenever we're told it's time to stop the latest Hitler, so it's hard to interpret some statements

- "we" is always a problem, even when not meant to be an identification of self with a government policy. I consider this an important component of how they - they - get away with this shit over and over. People have a pavlovian response to it, even if you don't.

"we" is shorthand for the US government and it's corporate owners. you know, the one we elect and pay to "protect" us? "we" get access, albeit expensive access, to their oil reserves for our corporations to profit.

we're on the same side here.

christ almighty.

Maybe strong-backed like a horse for all those days of heavy fieldwork and carrying goods across dirt roads?

I imagine it's similar to the stereotypical heavyset Eastern European woman: good for keeping you warm on a cold Russian night

Well, she's all you'd ever want
She's the kind I like to flaunt and take to dinner
But she always knows her place
She's got style, she's got grace, she's a winner

She's an Excellent Horse-Like Lady
Whoa, whoa, whoa, she's a lady
Talkin' about that little lady
And the lady is mine

Our factory comrades say in jest
Why they tell me I am a virgin on a stallion
After a full day’s work i still have energy left
My skills are truly like lightening they say
They say I am a virgin on a stallion
Yet again today I was the first to leave for work
Apparently my name was in the paper
In a (?) time
An award given to youth who live in flight
They say I am a virgin on a stallion
The party era is teeming with creation
A new name they present to youth
Mounting a stallion the dear leader gave me
All my life I will live to uphold his name
They say I am a virgin on a stallion
Mounting a stallion my dear leader gave me
All my life I will live to uphold his name
