Ariel Castro ruled competent for 'kidnap den' trial

An Ohio man accused of raping and holding three women captive in his home for about a decade has been found competent to stand trial.

A judge ruled Ariel Castro understood the charges against him and could assist his lawyers.

Mr Castro was arrested in May after one of the women allegedly held in his Cleveland house escaped.

He has pleaded not guilty to 329 charges, including multiple counts of rape, kidnapping and aggravated murder.

for 23 hours a day until he dies. Just find a place to store him.

3. I honestly am hung up on the...

Death Penalty & solitary confinement. It is HARD not to want to see this pig die...However, there are people, myself included, that would rather get the death penalty than spend the rest of my life in prison, especially solitary confinement. So, since there is no way of knowing what fears this pig has in terms of getting death or life...And so there is no way of knowing what would actually be the best punishment I will have to side with Life.

Now, if I have to go with Life I sure hope it is in solitary confinement...I do not agree with putting any non-violent criminals in solitary I can see it being used for monsters like this who really deserve it!
