Inhofe: Clinton showed “forceful attitude” you usually “don’t hear from women"

Source: Salon

By Jillian Rayfield

He was referring to Clinton's "What difference, at this point, does it make?" speech about the Benghazi attacks

Sen. James Inhofe, R-Okla., said that Hillary Clinton showed a “forceful attitude” not usually heard from women when she blew up in January’s Senate hearings on Benghazi, in response to repeated questions about the State Department’s initial claims that the attacks were the result of protests.

“I think that she has gotten by with that type of a forceful attitude, something that’s not normally accustomed — that you don’t hear from women as much as you do men. And she came out so forcefully, and you could tell that it was orchestrated at the time that she said it,” Inhofe said in an interview Thursday on “The Rusty Humphries Show.”

“What difference, at this point, does it make” if the attacks were the result of a protest or not, Clinton said at the time. ”It is our job to figure out what happened and do everything we can to prevent it from ever happening again.”

Do these people realize how sexist and racist they sound??????

It'll be decades, if ever, before they win the minority and women vote.

Yeah, Hillary didn't act like the defenseless, brain dead females they prefer. She ripped them a new one and they are still smarting from it. They are so pathetic that they are actually funny.

Hey Inhofe, you old dinosaur, get over it; chicks rule!!!

67. Ugh... I mean, really... And the GOP keep playing with Abramoff:
Fri May 10, 2013, 10:03 PM

About this time last year:

http://www.rightwingwatch.org/content/romney-and-santorum-rally-corrupt-lobbyist-ralph-reed-wisconsin

He got on with World Nut Daily with his pals, and this year he's been talking on Clear Channel:

Casino Jack’s New Game

Mariah Blake Mar 20 2013

After more than three years in prison, and an implausible makeover as a truth-telling good-government reformer, Abramoff is still Abramoff.

Billed as an insider’s view of Washington, the program focuses on the nexus between lobbying and politics. This episode’s main target was Barack Obama. “We have a president who came into office pledging to wipe out lobbyists,” Abramoff said, before reeling off the ways Obama had fallen short of his promise. “Americans are sick of the special interests,” he added. “They’re sick of everything I used to be.”

Abramoff—the man at the center of a sprawling corruption scandal that led to 21 convictions and tarred large swaths of the Republican establishment—is hardly the first person you might expect to be scoring the president’s ethics, much less on his own radio show. But, then, American life is littered with unlikely redemption stories. Since 2010, when Abramoff was released from prison (where he served three and a half years for fraud, conspiracy, and tax evasion), he has refashioned himself as a reformer, and emerged as one of the most visible faces of the good-government movement. He is a frequent cable-news commentator, with a best-selling book (Capitol Punishment: The Hard Truth About Washington Corruption From America’s Most Notorious Lobbyist), the radio program (on XM Satellite Radio), and a pair of reality-TV-show concepts in development.

Abramoff is also tearing up the speaker’s circuit, where he collects fees as high as $15,000. Harvard Law School has hosted him, as has an FBI training center. The morning after I met him at the Clear Channel studio, I joined Abramoff on a train ride to New Jersey, where he had yet another speaking engagement. As we hurtled past crumbling smokestacks and barren parking lots, he filled me in on his latest project: a proposed law called the American Anti-Corruption Act, put together by a bipartisan team, including former Federal Election Commission Chairman Trevor Potter. The law aims to curb the influence of special interests by, among other things, barring lawmakers from taking money from industries or entities they regulate. Abramoff said his role was to push for the toughest possible standards. “I was basically the Mikhail Suslov of this effort—the member of the politburo who was the strictest Marxist,” he told me, chortling. “It’s an obscure reference that few of your readers will get...”

I was born in 1952, by the way. I remember what the 50's were like and the 60's. I remember when classified ads for jobs were listed "Men Wanted" and "Women Wanted". I remember when major corporations would not hire a woman if she was married and conversely, would fire a woman if she got married in their employ. So I'm not sure what you are talking about as an insult.

the Club like Condi is. What they really hate are people on the Left talking tough. I think the entire Democratic Party needs to take off the gloves with the Republican Party. The Republicans aren't use to that from any Democrat. I think the whole Democratic Party should dismiss the echo chamber from the Right and the Media on Benghazi for what it really is. The only Americans keep focusing on it are them. I think the country should ignore them and move to more important issues. If I was the President and Democratic Party, I would reopen investigations on Iraq and voter sippression by the Republican Party if they kept it up. Media pundits are the only ones supporting the right's claims on these trumped up allegations just like they carry the water for them on every other issue. The same media that ignored the lies about Iraq. The same way they kept claiming entitlements are bankrupting America. every issue was investigated, even the talking points. They think Benghazi lost them the Election instead of other issues like Demographics. I don't think any of the voters Obama put togethjer in his coalition would have voted for Romney. Not Blacks, Hispanics, Women, Asians or young people. Romney and the Republicans just turned them off for other reasons, not Benghazi. And it will not help them in the next election either unless they change their Neantherthal Polices against these groups.

Until he got locked in his dark basement for the weekend and finally heard a knock on the other side of the stairway door; then he prayed, "Oh God, please let it be you!" (or something like that; don't quote me on what I saw years ago)

When the door opened, showing a figure - his drycleaning business owner neighbor - backlit by the upstairs light, Archie wailed, "OMG, Jefferson was right!" (about God being black)

My second favorite quote was when he'd lost his job and someone reminded him that FDR said the only thing we have to fear is fear itself. Archie replied, "Yeah, and he was employed when he said it!"

Orchestrated, past participle, past tense of or·ches·trate (Verb): Arrange or direct the elements of (a situation) to produce a desired effect, esp. surreptitiously.

He is saying she put on a show, that she was prepared to fire on him to shut him down, which it did. So his excuse, for losing this round, is that her forceful game plan took him by surprise. But Benghazi is still the GOP baby as stated in the article.

Via The Hill, Inhofe also had this exchange with host Humphries about possibly impeaching President Obama over the attacks:

“People may be starting to use the I-word before too long,” Inhofe said.

“The I-word meaning impeachment?” Humphries asked.

“Yeah,” Inhofe responded.

Even my great-great grandmother - who lived in the middle of the 1800s was feared for her sharp tung - who could command some serious authority around the home.. Even my great-great grandfather was respectfully around her.. And he was a man who was known as a rather strict man. But back home - he was polite and respectfully around his wife... Because he was kind of afraid of her tung...

A strait my great grandmother also shared with her grandmother - a sharp tung - and hard hitting with her arguments.. Even my grandfather who I believed was not afraid of anyone - had deep respect for his mother - who could just look at her 50-60 year old son - and the son just looked down and say Yes Mama - I will do as you want...
