Attorney General Responds to Paul On Drone Strikes

Dear Senator Paul:
It has come to my attention that you have now asked an additional question: “Does the President have the authority to use a weaponized drone to kill an American not engaged in combat on American soil?” The answer to that question is no.

Our legislative process is not a joke. It isn't a toy for crackpots like you to play with.

Was there ever any credible evidence that President Obama was going to order drone strikes on Americans inside the country?

Of course not. You just wanted to put on a show and waste everyone's time.
