3 separate shootings erupt within 1 hour in Jacksonville Beach, Florida

Three separate, unrelated shootings erupted within an hour in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, on Sunday night, leaving one person dead and several hurt, according to authorities.

The first shooting was reported at 7:50 p.m. when two people started firing guns near the Best Western Hotel, Jacksonville Beach police said on Monday.

At 8:13 p.m., a man fired shots while running in front of businesses, police said. No one was hurt, police said.

One person was killed in the third shooting, which unfolded around 8:31 p.m. near Sneakers Bar, police said.

Unless you live in Chicago, you don’t know what you’re talking about. And you clearly don’t know what you’re talking about. Now if you had said Detroit or St Louis, that would have been more accurate 😉

At any rate, the violent crime epicenter of this country is still the lower Mississippi valley - Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana

St. Louis 293,310 population

Detroit 632,464 population

Chicago is not even in the top ten per capita.

One was a murder -suicide. 1 homicide for every 22,500 residents.

In comparison

Chicago had 1 homicide for every 4690 residents or 5x the number

St Louis had 1 homicide for every 900 residents or 25x the number

Detroit had 1 homicide for every 2500 residents or 9x the number

Washington DC was the same as Detroit
