Late Saturday, Rupert Murdoch took to Twitter to complain about the U.S. media’s treatment of the ongoing Gaza crisis. Displaying his typically staunch pro-Israel stance, Murdoch also managed to play on an anti-Semitic trope with this tweet:

What an old muckraking crack pot. I'll have both feet in my mouth and I promised to stay out of all discussion of this nature. But that is divisive and a lie. I was raised by very liberal leaning parents, although I'm from a red state. I consider my views progressive and left leaning and tolerant. I'm upset by the government policy not the people nor their religion. I'll never be vindicated. The minds are made up. There are never any second chances.

A misunderstanding is a FAIL.
