Thu Nov 15, 2012 10:51am EST

WASHINGTON, Nov 15 (Reuters) - Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will testify before a congressional committee next month on the handling of the deadly Sept. 11, 2012, attack on the U.S. diplomatic mission in Benghazi, Libya, a senior lawmaker said on Thursday.

"The secretary has committed to testifying before our committee ... on the Accountability Review Board's report, which is expected to be concluded by early to mid-December," said Republican Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, chairwoman of the House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Affairs.

The State Department launched an independent Accountability Review Board to review the circumstances surrounding the Benghazi attack, which killed four Americans including U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens.

She can laugh at him, give him the finger, moon him. No repercussions.

Sometimes you just gotta have fun at work.

They did a road trip to Germany and had a drinking contest.. Who could down the most beers and keep their head about them.
Reports were Hillary won, in spite of McCain's drinking reputation.

... but whatever his condition, drunk or sober, he CANNOT keep his head. Any little thing can set him off on an apoplectic tirade.

It's a tradition in some of these countries to place a bottle of vodka on the table after a meal. Hillary was the one to grab the bottle and serve her fellow senators (Ithink that three of them had gone on this trip). Apparently McCain later told someone that he was impressed with her ability to hold her liquor and approvingly called her "one of the guys". They have been on friendly terms ever since.

And she will fight back. In a non partisan manner of course, as are expected of all Secretary of States. But, she'll make McCain look like a fool.
