Wait…now she just contradicted herself because tRump will continue to “have a financial interest in these companies.”

I’m confused.

Edit: Ari Melber said that she IS looking to dissolve his companies, but (can) not force the sale of his properties. That’s where he maintains his financial interest. Of course, if he has to sell properties to pay the financial penalties…🤷?♂️😂

I have a question that I hope someone can answer. Shortly after Trump finally left office his loans on his New York properties came due. I, And many others, thought that he would be unable to secure refinancing due to the fact that his properties were known to be grossly overvalued.

then, with little fanfare, I saw an article saying that he had secured full refinancing from some bank I’ve never heard of.

That in and of itself looked like a corrupt transaction. Does anyone know anything about any sort of investigatory activity about that refinancing?

Some talking head said that it's law: anyone convicted of this sort of financial fraud has loans called in immediately. Some talking heads are speculating that some institutions will start calling them in now if they think it's likely he'll lose.

It may take years to completely shake out, but it appears that by the time it does, he will be completely penniless. Oh, sweet schadenfreude.
