(257 posts)Our firm gave reduced rates to police/fire/medics so we did quite a few cop's divorces. Off duty cops here in AZ can make $30-$35 an hour doing security on off time. Places like Peter Piper Pizza here in Phoenix have cops off duty during busy weekends if the area has higher crime rates.

(6,241 posts)Any civil suit would probably take years. So anything she won in the divorce before then would be *hers* and not theirs, making them immune to any judgment.
Thats why the divorce announcement cams just days after he got arrested. Everyone involved knew the world was about to come crashing down on their heads.

(778 posts)For posting this because it made me do a bit of research. He didn't only unlawfully vote in Florida, it appears that the $100,230 BMW wasn't taxed properly because he didn't pay the tax in Minnesota, but instead paid it in Florida for a much lower price. It was serviced 11 times in Minnesota.
He deserves everything he gets.

(10,908 posts)Washington County Attorney Pete Orput alleges that Derek Chauvin and his estranged wife Kellie Chauvin underreported their income by almost half a million dollars between 2014 and the end of 2019. The couple didnt file taxes at all between 2016 and 2018. The nine felony charges against the couple range from failing to file tax returns to filing false returns.
