Pentagon bans these three states for travel by US service members

Source: Newsweek

The Department of Defense announced Monday are prohibited for travel by its service members because of the constant spreading of COVID-19. Those do not include the recent flared up hot spots of Texas and Arizona.

California, Florida and Michigan are now the three that service members are not allowed to travel, whether it's for leisure, temporary duty or permanent change of station, the Military Times reported.

If Texas is included later while CA and FL are still on the banned list, that will lock down a fair share of service personnel.

According to the CDC, Michigan's ratio of deaths to cases is on or about ten percent.

MI: Deaths-6157; Cases-69,946

CA: Deaths-5905; Cases-211,243

FL: Deaths-3419; Cases-138,567

See the little graphs of the 50 states.
By default they are on a per-capita basis so that states can be compared fairly
"All charts are shown on the same scale. "
Michigan is the 8th graph on this page (I haven't figured out how they come up with an order)
Look how currently it is trivial compared to almost all the other states
Even at its long-ago peak it wasn't that much compared to many states.

Click on any state's graph to bring up larger graphs and stats for that state, e.g. Michigan

"If you haven't been stuck in TX at least once, you haven't gotten the most out of your enlistment." For example, all Air Force enlistees are trained at Lackland Plane Patch just outside of San Ton.

I just want to shout out to all those dishonorable village idiots out there displaying facial nudity in public places as an obscene gesture of disrespect and wanton disregard for the health of their fellow Americans and who whine, complain and yell about their own, selfish rights like toddlers, which clearly demonstrates that they don't understand that rights and freedom are reciprocal and depend on one's honor.

Y'all really need a brutal dictator like your Dear Daddy Leader, but we reasonable, intelligent adults don't. Languishing in your arrested development and playing in adolescent fantasies has a price and we are not going to pay for that.

Great job, COVID-19 enablers.

Oh, and the tyranny of having to wear seat belts! It's communism.

What about the oppressive idea of having to drive in only one, mandated direction on each side of the road, huh? The nerve! Our Forefathers would have had something to say about that.

Thanks to them, no one will be allowed to travel to any EU countries anytime soon. They’re too stupid to see that no travel hurts the US airline industry, and EU citizens will not travel here because they would have to quarantine upon their return. Businesses that depend on travel of their employees to other countries will also be hurt. Thanks, Republicans. You and your Loser President have done a great job of screwing over this country.
