Trump hopes COVID-19 restrictions lifted by Easter. Missouri governor says it's unlikely

Parson continues to face criticism for his decision not to issue a statewide stay-at-home order.
Missouris urban centers, including Kansas City and St. Louis, are under stay-at-home orders restricting residents to remain in their homes except for essential activities, such as going to the grocery store.
Over the last week, Parson has been urged to follow suit by local officials, public health authorities and doctors.
So far hes rebuffed those calls, echoing Trumps message that it could do too much damage to the states economy.

(1,109 posts)I think it is 2 Sundays after rabbits come out of hibernation So it depends on an early spring to come in March. But if you have a late snowstorm and the rabbits go underground it gets delayed until April..

On March 12, for example, Parson downplayed the governments role in dealing with COVID-19, telling KMOX-AM in St. Louis that Its not going to come down to the government to be able to fix this, its just gonna come to... its a virus, its a virus like anything else.
