Former New York mayor Mike Bloomberg qualified for Wednesday's Democratic debate in Las Vegas on Tue

Former New York mayor Mike Bloomberg qualified for Wednesday’s Democratic debate in Las Vegas on Tuesday, setting the stage for a clash that will test the staying power of a campaign that has so far been defined by its astronomical advertising spending.

Many leading contenders in the race for the Democratic presidential nomination have made clear that they hope to turn the debate into a showdown over Bloomberg’s record on race, his enormous spending on the contest and the history of confidentiality agreements he has struck with women who accused him of making inappropriate comments in the workplace.

Bloomberg campaign manager Kevin Sheekey confirmed in a statement Tuesday morning that Bloomberg would attend the debate.

“Mike is looking forward to joining the other Democratic candidates on stage and making the case for why he’s the best candidate to defeat Donald Trump and unite the country,” Sheekey said. “The opportunity to discuss his workable and achievable plans for the challenges facing this country is an important part of the campaign process.”

Have the goods on trump exposing him from his opposition research, and would be very nicely rewarded for it by the American people. Any candidate who does this will move a lot higher in the polls. Maybe offer a reward for people exposing him.

Bloomberg will try to flick the rest of the field aside with one liners, and the rest of them must approach this as a debate where we are going to have this conversation about WHY Bloomberg is such a good thing and what is means for the country and the party. Because we need rule of law more than we need rule by money or by those who know how to make money. It takes more than entrepreneurship to manage a country, to instill its values, its morals in policies domestic and foreign. Heck it takes more to run a country than to simply depose Trump, though that's a good start. We need a president with the perspective and desire to reverse course on a lot of things, this takes an intimate understanding of large, federal bureaucracies and what Trump has sundered. Bloomberg has good judgment, but he pronounces and rules more than he governs, which is something you can do as a mayor. Whatever happens we as a party need to be above board, transparent, and go into the election with our eyes open. This pulling the rug from under our candidates and a quick savior needs some serious thought and explanation, to party members as well as to the country.

and I hope it is an all out attack on Bloomberg. He must be stopped

Last night on MSNBC was a guy that reported on him as mayor. Said he is not good at debates.

This could actually help Biden.

In the respect that we can see what this guy is about, hopefully on the issues and defeating trump.

What I DON'T want to see is a brawl. Dems have to unify in our primary goal of booting trump out.

I just hope they all stick to what their policies are, why their policies are better & not try to tear each other down just for the sake of it.
