The FBI signaled it is investigating the death of disgraced billionaire financier Jeffrey Epstein after he was discovered dead in his jail cell overnight after an apparent suicide.

The Department of Justice said in a news release Saturday that the FBI would investigate the "apparent suicide" of Epstein in his Manhattan jail cell.

U.S. Bureau of Prisons has said that Epstein was found unresponsive in his cell early Saturday morning, The Associated Press reported.

The Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC), where Epstein was being held, didn't return multiple requests for comments from The Hill earlier Saturday.

Good. But will they be allowed to FULLY INVESTIGATE is the question. Their hands were tied tightly in investigating Rapenaugh (Kavanaugh) so - I'll wait and see. Not much faith in this. I DO have faith in our FBI and intel folks, but NOT in the DoJ or Trump.

How CONVENIENT that Epstein is dead. He was holed up in a prison run by BILL BARR'S DoJ. Bill Barr's primary role is to PROTECT TRUMP - who has turned the DoJ into his personal law firm and Barr into his legal bouncer. To say this is suspicious is a gross understatement.

He had blackmail material on a lot of wealthy people, who were probably all scared shitless. Epstein's house in Manhattan was raided but he probably kept his real kompromat hidden somewhere on his island away from the Feds. I mean, wouldn't that make sense?

that jail in several of his books. Apparently anything goes there and he would know as he was housed there. Epstein realized he was stuck and wasn't going to get out and offed himself or someone did the deed for him, knowing what the Feds found in that safe in the Manhattan townhouse.
