Trump Official Says U.S. Is Running Out of Money to Shelter Migrant Kids

The U.S. government may run out of money in July to shelter migrant children apprehended as they cross the southern border with Mexico, said Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar.

“We are full,” he told reporters after a meeting at the White House on Monday. “We do not have capacity for more of these unaccompanied children to come across the border.”

“At some point in early July we are probably going to be out of money,” Azar said. “This isn’t political; this isn’t about immigration.”

The Senate Appropriations Committee approved a bill last week that would provide $4.6 billion in emergency money the Trump administration has sought to deal with the migration surge. The full Senate will vote on the bill this week, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky has said.

The House is will vote on its own version of the legislation this week. A conference committee would be required to reconcile differences between the bills, and it’s unlikely that panel could complete the work by Thursday, when Congress is scheduled to leave for a two-week July 4 recess.

No one knows for certain, County Jails at the VERY MOST cost $120 a day to detain Prisoners. The 'detention centers' are charging $700.00 a DAY! per child! But yet, there's no $$ for beds, blankets, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, showers, soap.

Remember how bright he looked when he made a special appearance after a hurricane in Louisiana, delivering PLAY DOH to children whose homes had been flooded or swept away.

WASHINGTON ― Donald Trump denies that he ever knew Robert LiButti, a reputed mob figure with a penchant for high-dollar gambling. LiButti was a regular at Trump’s Atlantic City casino until 1991, when he was banned from New Jersey gaming halls over his alleged ties to Mafia boss John Gotti.

“If he was standing here in front of me, I wouldn’t know what he looked like,” Trump told The Philadelphia Inquirer in 1991.

Asked again about LiButti in March 2016, Trump told Yahoo News: “During the years I very successfully ran the casino business, I knew many high rollers. I assume Mr. LiButti was one of them, but I don’t recognize the name.”

But a new video uncovered Tuesday by Yahoo News shows Trump attending a 1988 “WrestleMania IV” match with LiButti in Atlantic City. The video shows the two together, along with Trump’s then-wife Ivana, in the front row for the hours-long event. It wasn’t a coincidence they were seated next to each other. LiButti’s daughter said she and her father were Trump’s guests.
