Homes Damaged, Injuries at Hamilton, Mississippi

Media reports indicate that the Monroe County Mississippi Coroner reports that there are multiple homes damaged and multiple injuries in Hamilton, Mississippi (NOT Hamilton, Alabama). Hamilton MS is north northeast of the Columbus AFB.

This is the radar image just after the tornado went through that area.

1. So sorry to hear this.

Some hours ago, I heard a report about predicted violent weather in the south that warned people to be as near as possible to good shelter. I know that's not always possible.

2. nightime is the worse for tornadoes..no one can see them coming.:(
