Mueller sentencing memo in Manafort case not yet public

WASHINGTON (AP) Special counsel Robert Muellers sentencing memorandum for former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort was not publicly available late Friday, suggesting the document may still be under seal.
Muellers team was to have weighed in by the end of the day on Manaforts punishment in one of his two criminal cases. But the memo was not publicly filed by midnight Friday, an indication that the document includes sensitive information and that prosecutors are seeking a judges approval to redact, or black out, that material.

Undoubtedly the specifics of the lies involve Individual 1 or aspects of the ongoing investigation or foreign intelligence or all three.

Further, if Barr injects himself, he is required to notify congress of any actions he takes.
So probably not.
