Cleveland schools, government services and buildings closures due to polar vortex: The full list

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- As Northeast Ohio prepares for a deep freeze, government services, buildings, schools are closing Wednesday and Thursday.
Temperatures are expected to plummet below zero Tuesday night, and will likely stay below zero through Thursday, according to the National Weather Service. Wind chills are expected to hover between 25 and 35 degrees below zero. Some areas of Northeast Ohio may see wind chills of -40 degrees, which the National Weather Service describes as life threatening.
The high temperature in Northeast Ohio on Wednesday may not reach zero degrees for the first time in 25 years, according to the National Weather Service.
