Kremlin says its 'stupid' to think that Trump could be a Russian agent

Source: Politico

By CAITLIN OPRYSKO 01/16/2019 09:03 AM EST

Top Kremlin officials are scoffing at the idea that President Donald Trump is secretly working as a Russian agent, dismissing the notion as “nonsense” and blasting U.S. journalists for their attention to the issue.

“That’s stupid,” said Yuri Ushakov, a foreign policy aide to Russian President Vladimir Putin, according to Bloomberg News. “How can the president of the United States be an agent of another country? Just think about that.”

The White House was hit with a pair of bombshell reports over the weekend that involve Trump and Putin, including one from the New York Times that revealed the FBI opened a counterintelligence investigation into Trump in 2017 over whether he was wittingly or unwittingly working on Russia’s behalf.

Another report, from the Washington Post, revealed that Trump has sought to conceal the details of his meetings with Putin from members of his administration, possibly in an effort to avoid leaks.

Then the very next day fires the coach.

Of course IQ45 is a Russian agent, except IQ45 is too stupid to know it.

Easy, if prior to the election this person owed Russian oligarchs billions, this person was addicted to debt (or the king of debt as this person puts it), and this person's ego was easily inflated by persons interested in using his influence to undermine America. Yep, it's easy.

And trump lied about his son's meeting which is a cover up, and probably told everyone not to list any meetings or anything when filing out their national security forms, and destruction of evidence with his taking the note away from his interpreter and threatening him to not tell anyone what was said, no I don't believe putin's lame excuse and denial. trumps an agent along with probably 2 others in the White house, and at least 2-3 more in this administration and still working for them. Putin's propaganda is a joke.

Russia says it's stupid.

Well, I'm satisfied. Close down the investigation.

I can't believe we're actually having a discussion about whether the American president is a Russian agent.

The RW got all annoyed when President Obama had dijon mustard with his hot dog. But their president is a spy for
Russia and it's . . . . . crickets.

We are most definitely living in Bizarro World.
