Trump to campaign for Hawley in Missouri on night before Election Day

CAPE GIRADEAU (KMOV.com) – President Donald Trump will make a visit to southeast Missouri on November 5, the night before voters in the Show Me State go to the polls.

According to President Trump’s campaign website, a rally be held at the Show Me Center in Cape Giradeau at 9:00 p.m.

The rally will be a campaign stop in support of Missouri Attorney General Josh Hawley, who is trying to unseat Democrat Claire McCaskill. Polls show the race to be tight, with many pundits saying the result will be crucial as to which party will control the Senate.

The visit will be Trump’s second trip to Missouri in four days. He is campaigning for Hawley in Columbia on November 1.
