Italian Interior Minister Matteo Salvini called for “little ethnic shops” to close by 9 p.m. as they “have become a meeting place for drug deals and people who raise hell.”
The leader of the far-right League added a proposal calling for the early closing time to an immigration and security decree that was unveiled in September. It includes plans to abolish protections for immigrants and make it easier for them to be deported.
Salvini said the proposal was “not an initiative that goes against foreign shops, but it is a way to limit the abuses of certain shops that have become havens for people who raise hell,” Italian news agency ANSA reported.

Maybe they could paint some kind of symbol of the store windows...just to make them easier to identify.
