Missouri U.S. Senate candidate Josh Hawley raises money at the Knickerbocker Club in New York

Criticism about out-of-town fundraisers has been a recurring theme in the hotly contested Missouri Senate race. For months, Hawley and his Democratic opponent, U.S. Sen. Claire McCaskill, have tried to portray each other as out-of-touch elitists.

When news broke in March that former President Barack Obama planned to raise money for McCaskill in Beverly Hills, Calif., in May, Hawley’s spokeswoman said McCaskill “sold Missouri’s vote to Hollywood.” Hawley met with Republican leaders in Beverly Hills months later and attended a fundraiser in San Francisco.

Last week, Hawley tweeted a link to a Fox News story about McCaskill attending a $2,000-per-guest fundraiser hosted by Edwardsville attorney Jeff Cooper. In the tweet, Hawley said McCaskill was “attending yet another lavish fundraiser hosted by rich liberal who calls Trump supporters TRAITORS w/ LOW IQ. Senator, those are the people of your state. How dare you cozy up to these haters and take their money.”

1. Hawley has no original ideas. Everyone of his so called points or thoughts have been ...

parroting some idiotic talking point of which has no thought or intelligence behind it. I haven't seen an original thought or comment about something that is purely Hawley's own. Does he even think or have a mind of his own? NO! All he talks about is NO NO NO. No liberals, no ACA, no this, no that, etc.

Josh Hawley has also supported using the ACA, and yet in one of the most hypocritical acts I've seen, he's one of the AGs who are among those listed as participating in the lawsuit against the constitutionality of the ACA, which if ruled against of course, millions would lose their coverage.

He's lied about Claire's husband and his money and how he got his money (an true businessman, not like rump at all), who truly earned his money already when Claire met him and who didn't spoon off the federal dime as Hawley attack ads are claiming. And by the way, guess who's supporting Hawley and his attack ads? Americans for prosperity (KOCH brothers of course). The ultimate two people who insults all of Missourian's intelligence because of some weird libertarian philosophy that they believe in that has never been proven to work.

Hawley is a liar, a talking mouth, a parrot simply mouthing off (which obviously he's good at). He's going to be destructive for MO and take away the rights of Missourians because he is a religious nut. He's only been an attorney general of MO since early 2017, and because he's some golden boy, the repugs have jumped on him like bees to honey.

He's a hypocrite too as evidenced by the above story/post.

Oh, and he'll put Washington DC back to doing the 'right things' and so forth. Yeah, right, I thought his little buddy rump was doing this already, so what it is really? Rump's already been to MO to help his little stool pigeon Hawley with some fund raising. In rump's pocket and more obviously, has no intelligence that I can evaluate, because all he has done is bitch bitch bitch, or no no no.
