Probe of FEMA Chief Brock Long Referred to Prosecutors
Source: Wall Street Journal
An investigation targeting President Trumps top emergency-management official has been referred to federal prosecutors to determine whether criminal charges should be pursued, according to people familiar with the probe.
Brock Long, the administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and two other federal employees may have broken multiple laws while they commuted frequently between Washington and Mr. Longs home in Hickory, N.C., at taxpayers expense said one of the people briefed on the investigation.
Mr. Long has said he is cooperating with the investigation, which has been led by the Department of Homeland Securitys inspector general. Mr. Long declined to comment through a FEMA spokesman.
The inspector generals office and U.S. attorneys office in Washington also declined to comment. A White House spokesman didnt return a request for comment.

How on earth all those trump voters can rationalize voting for this idiot is beyond me. However, having said that, they probably aren't exactly the kind of people who keep up on what's going on in the news, unless it's Faux News, and they aren't about to report any of this.
