WASHINGTON (AP) -- President Donald Trump's choice for the Supreme Court has given members of Congress a pile of material to help them start judging the judge.

Judge Brett Kavanaugh responded to a Senate Judiciary Committee questionnaire that probes his career as an attorney and jurist, his service in the executive branch, education, society memberships and more.

Running 110 pages, plus appendices, his response released Saturday is an opening look at a long paper trail that lawmakers will consider as they decide whether to confirm him. The high court appointment could shift the court rightward for years to come.

A longtime figure in the Washington establishment, Kavanaugh acknowledged in the questionnaire that he had joined clubs that he said once had discriminatory membership policies.

And I have question that I want to ask this Kavanaugh...............do you think and believe in Article II Section 2 of the Constitution...................Yes or NO? Get out in front of this for a fkng change, Schumer et alios!. Kavanaugh is nothing more than a hired gun for the worst, most destructive old farts in the Country. HE WAS CHOSEN BY THEM via their Fundie legal "academics" at their Federalist Society/Plantation. For the Koch Bros and all the deep democracy sucking tentacles of their vast, evil political machine, Kavanaugh would be the final crowning achievement: Kavanaugh would be the Koch's FIFTH SCOTUS judge, and the final stroke in their takeover of our democracy.

Every Dem Senator should be on tv all the time exposing Kavanaugh. Force the MSM to carry your appearances, end the GOP dominance off the Sunday shows and stop the nightly MSM from giving the Koch/Putin GOP the majority of time and always the last word.

Our elected Dems must frame & megaphone "The Koch Bros Own Kavanaugh" message from the jump(like yesterday),relentlesly control this message and educate the public facts on Kavanaugh's opinions and statements: from being pro birth slavery for women, to his hostility to fair and free elections (voting rights), worker rights,medicare, soc sec to his transparently corrupt position that Trump should be above the law,

The Koch Bros are spending ten of millions of dollars propagandizing for "Their Kavanaugh." This fact all on its own deserves saturation exposure by Dems.
