Trump tweets quote calling ex-CIA chief a 'liar' after he wrote scathing op-ed

President Trump on Saturday tweeted a quote from conservative commentator and former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino criticizing former CIA chief John Brennan.

Trump quoted Bongino from an appearance on “Fox & Friends” one day after Brennan wrote a scathing op-ed about Trump in The Washington Post.

Bongino, the host of his own podcast “The Dan Bongino Show” and a host for NRATV, appeared on “Fox & Friends” Saturday morning. Trump, who is spending the weekend at Camp David, has quoted Bongino’s Fox News appearances in the past.

Brennan is a frequent and harsh critic of the president, and wrote an op-ed in the Washington Post on Friday that compared Trump to “corrupt, incompetent … demagogues.”

He disgraced himself, and damaged the reputation of the Secret Service. He has long been known to embellish his record and lied about his access to top secret meetings, claiming he had extensive knowledge about highly confidential conversations. Let's be clear - Secret Service agents do not sit in on such meetings. Not in their job description.

Former agents who knew him said that he used his position to make political points. But after three tries at political office (in different states), he failed all three times as voters found him unacceptable.

He said he will continue to speak out about what he calls "abnormal and abhorrent behavior of Mr. Trump"

The video is 14 minutes long but well worth viewing.

That makes three intelligence people speaking out now: Brennan, Clapper and Michael Hayden.
If these three are worried and concerned, I'm terrified.

I've never been a supporter of USAF Four-star general, Michael Hayden, who once ran the CIA. I always likened him to former USAF General Curtis LeMay ("Iron Pants" LeMay, who said during the Vietnam war that we should "Nuke them back to the stone age.&quot . But I am reading his latest book, "The Assault on Intelligence: American National Security in an Age of Lies." No spoilers here, but it's scaring the Hell out of me. This is a man who has ice water in his veins. If he's worried. I am scared shitless.
