NYTs Habermann fires back at Trump Twitter attack with accusation he's 'abusive'

Source: RawStory

Pulitzer Prize-winning New York Times White House correspondent Maggie Haberman fired back at President Donald Trump, following an early Saturday series of tweets from the commander-in-chief.

-snip-

In response, Haberman fired back with an additional quote she learned while reporting the story that so enraged President Trump.

The consistency of Trump’s abuse may have new relevance after his latest tweets. Trump referred to one source in the story as a “drunk/drugged up loser.”

Haberman also noted that Trump, who is reportedly golfing today, was not welcome at the funeral of former First Lady Barbara Bush.

I don't really care who takes him down first, just get this asshole out of the WH. But if I could get a serving of schadenfreude with it, I'd take it.

that tRUMP was talking about himself:

tRUMP acts like he's on something, I know that he doesn't drink, but I'm tired of his sniffling and snorting all of the time, like a cokehead...

disclosures will come out, and his Fanboys will be SHOCKED to find out that Trumpy was knee-deep in lines of coke, during and after the campaign. It's now one of his best kept secrets.

Bully dynamic.

The only ones truly standing up to him are Stormy Daniels and Avenatti.

And we are all the kids standing around saying, "fight, fight, fight".

You used him as a source since the 90s when you were at the. NY Post & NY Daily News.He used you to get publicity & attention.
You know him so well you and Glen Thrush have a contract to do a book on his presidency.
You knew who and what he is.

They, of all people, knew what he was. All NY'ers do, but the times wanted to print the horse race articles instead. Now, we might get to a constitutional crisis.

NYT's failed during their coverage. They should have printed these facts 2 years ago.

No single outlet or individual is responsible for the rise of Trumpism more than the NYT.

It’s not because the NYT has been in the tank for him and the GOP. It’s because the NYT is seen as liberal, so any pro GOP coverage has a huge effect.

So the NYT Clinton Cash story, the hundreds of stories and headlines on HRC’s emails and Benghazi, the Lichtblau “No Trump/Russia” story, and the endless, unceasing bothsideism have biased our political debate towards the GOP and this have damaged America.

The key issue is fake centrism, or bothsidesism. The NYT and Haberman strive to be unbiased. They should strive to be truthful and objective. Today, that means saying that the GOP is lying.

(Dean Baquet needs to go. And these are the reasons I canceled my 17 yr NYT subscription a few months ago. Now I subscribe to the Washington Post.)

That will be very very good for America.

Maggie Haberman is the person that called wants-a-white-nation Jeff Sessions “tough on immigration”. Haberman has been leading the bothsidesist charge at the NYT.

If she finally starts standing up for the truth, that will be really good for the nation.

being mean and abusive to just about everyone in your world, surely you have to expect that eventually it will come back to you. I think Trump really believes that no one will ever turn on him, regardless what he does to or says about them. What worked in the limited Trump world bubble, just doesn't work out in the real world. He should have stayed out of politics.
