Little known {Nice Nailantei} Leng'ete s the only Kenyan in the Time Magazine list in reference to her efforts against Female Genital Mutilation ("FGM"

According to review by fellow anti-female until mutilation campaigner Jaha Dukurah from Gambia - "As a Maasi child in Kenya, Leng'ete accomplished something remarkable: she escaped the cut, of her culture's, ritualized female genital mutilation."
Reports by Amref Health Africa indicate that Leng'ete has worked with organizations as a project officer saving an estimated 15,000 girls from facing the {mutilation} cut.
