Lubbock Co. Judge warns of potential danger if Obama is re-elected

Source: MyFoxLubbock.com

“He's going to try to hand over the sovereignty of the United States to the UN, and what is going to happen when that happens?,” Head asked.

“I'm thinking the worst. Civil unrest, civil disobedience, civil war maybe. And we're not just talking a few riots here and demonstrations, we're talking Lexington, Concord, take up arms and get rid of the guy.

"Now what's going to happen if we do that, if the public decides to do that? He's going to send in U.N. troops. I don't want 'em in Lubbock County. OK. So I'm going to stand in front of their armored personnel carrier and say 'you're not coming in here'.

"And the sheriff, I've already asked him, I said 'you gonna back me' he said, 'yeah, I'll back you'. Well, I don't want a bunch of rookies back there. I want trained, equipped, seasoned veteran officers to back me."

This crazy, paranoid, delusional judge (who should be removed ASAP) was explaining why a tax increase was needed to increase pay for attorneys on the DA's staff, and to expand the sheriff's staff by seven deputies.

Here we call them Republicans. They're easy to identify because they fly American flags from every orifice.

NAFTA - Obama and Mexican Trucks!

Friday, April 15, 2011

By Phyllis Schlafly

Barack Obama’s deal with the president of Mexico to allow Mexican trucks to carry their loads onto U.S. highways and roads is new evidence of his high-handed solo behavior that has become Standard Operating Procedure in the Administration. Here are ten reasons why Obama’s plan is dangerous and must be stopped by Congress and public protest.

... 6. Opening our southern border to Mexican trucks will be a giant step toward the goal of creating a North American Union with open borders between Mexico, the U.S., and Canada, a proposal launched by President George W. Bush using a website called Security and Prosperity Partnership (since deactivated). Obama is advancing the plan under less threatening names: the March 23, 2010 State Department fact sheet titled United States-Mexico Partnership: A New Border Vision, a Nov. 30, 2010 Trusted Traveler agreement with Mexico signed by DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano, and a Feb. 4, 2011 declaration signed by Obama with Canada called "Beyond the Border" A Shared Vision for Perimeter Security.

7. When Mexican truck drivers have their layovers and turn-arounds in the U.S., what's to prevent them from enjoying a frolic and diversion? They could use that time to father a baby who would then be proclaimed a U.S. citizen and get generous financial benefits andhandouts provided by U.S. taxpayers.

The office of "county judge" in Texas is actually the chief executive officer, an administrative post, of the county government. It's an elective post and he chairs the five member County Commission of his county. Well, technically, it's called the County Court, but the other four officers are the four county commissioners. Trial court judges are called "district judges" because when Texas was carved up into counties in the 1800s, some counties were populous enough to have an entire court judge to themselves and so some small counties were combined into trial court districts (and when the district judge was somewhere else on his circuit, the county judge could then preside over a jury trial).

It's complicated. It's Texas.

PS, just because the judge is a dumbass doesn't mean he wasn't not appointed by Rick Perry. I mean, come on.

Lubbock County removes judge's racially charged posters
Published: Saturday, August 08, 2009 - ELLIOTT BLACKBURN

County Judge Tom Head defended on Friday potentially offensive posters that commissioners removed from a public bulletin board he maintained in the courthouse

He intended the posters, including one that contained racially stereotyped descriptions of Obama supporters, to spark conversation about modern issues, he said.

-snip-

McCay removed a series of printouts that began with a short narration of a person contemplating waking up, putting on an Obama T-shirt and then abusing drugs, robbing a store and hitting his wife.

A sheet of mug shots of mostly black men wearing Obama shirts had been tacked beneath the narration. Another printout suggesting no mug shots would show a criminal wearing a shirt supporting a Republican president hung beneath the pictures.

Other posters critical of the Obama administration, including a political cartoon of the president playing Pied Piper to national media outlets and a fictional discussion of former Republican presidents calling Obama "no Abraham Lincoln" hung nearby.

"How the hell do these people get elected into their positions?"

Clearly, you've never been to Lubbock, TX.

Take blazing hot sun....add a constant wind....toss in an insular mindset, stir in a general rural silliness, and wah-la!

I posted this on one of the other thread about our latest embarrassment in the national media....and yeah, he's a headcase, for sure. But don't think that inbred and ignorant is all there is to Lubbock. It's only the morons who seem to get us any national exposure.

In addition to this paint-chip sandwich eating judge, we also have an awesome lady named Carol Morgan who hosts a liberal-ish blog. In addition to being seriously fine, she's smart as a whip and doesn't mince many words. Here's what she had to say about Duh Judge:

http://lubbockonline.com/interact/blog-post/carol-morgan/2012-08-22/judge-tom-head-his-poor-impulse-control-painful

Then, to give the reader some of idea of what progressives have to deal with down here, you can check out our very own "Mr. Conservative." Though he stole Goldwater's nickname, a more accurate sobriquet would be "unreconciled Bircher with brain damage." The titles of his blog pieces alone will cause you to fall out laughing.

There are thousands of people in America thinking along the same lines as this crazy old coot. Part of me hopes that when Obama wins, these idiots will take to the streets because sooner or later there has to be a showdown to root this evil pack of idiots out of society. But it would be an epic disaster with a lot of innocent people getting caught in the crossfire. Radical surgery, or long term remedial treatment, with the outcome in doubt either way -- take your pick.

He is either delusional or just pulling this out of his ass. Either way he is lying and has no business being a judge.

Red Dawn might as well star Julia Roberts for all the comparison that it provides.

We buried, alive, 12,000 Iraqui soldiers in an open trench. Our armed forces are bad. ass. What do you think they would do to Lubbock, 7 new deputies notwithstanding? It wouldn't be a request.

If he is sane, he has to know there is no scenario except those that start with "It Ain't Gonna Happen" that are even remotely possible, unless the thieving wealthy finally throw everything into turmoil. If that happens he will do good to protect a water supply.

Here is what it would look like mayor -

1991 massacre of thousands of fleeing Iraqi troops was part of U.S. 'total war'

"It was like going down an American highway--people were all mixed up in cars in trucks. People got out of their cars and ran away. We shot them.... The Iraqis were getting massacred."--Pfc. Charles

"We're yelling on the radio, 'They're firing at the prisoners! They're firing at the prisoners!'"--Specialist 4 Edward Walker, describing February 27, 1991, incident during ground invasion of Iraq.

"It's murder."--Unidentified U.S. soldier during February 27 attack.

This is longitudinal research on the demographics that produced the Tea Party, that is, it's research that was underway for some time, watching race issues, and it observed the emergence of the Tea Party out of those groups:

The only thing that saves what he says from being treason is that it's paranoia. Such a man should need a psychiatric evaluation before he's allowed to sit on another case again. And if he is passed as fit to be judge, then he should be disbarred for inciting rebellion.

Wed Aug 22, 2012, 02:51 PM
Aug 2012

Even if this is under the Texas constitution, that ultimately means the judge is taking an oath to be loyal to the U.S. Constitution because the Texas Constitution is subservient to the federal Constitution. What a dipwad. Even if he is thinking this he shouldn't be expressing this publicly. When I was growing up no judge would have ever expressed this kind of view about a sitting president publicly.

I'm sure the good folks of Lubbock County can sleep easier knowing Judge Head must patrol the borders of the county every night looking for evidence of incursion by U.N. troops. The poor judge must never get a good night's sleep with all those terrible fears running around in his mind.

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

From Lubbock County Democratic Party:

During an August 21, 2012 appearance with County Commissioner Mark Heinrich (R) on Lubbock's FOX 34 News, Lubbock County Judge Tom Head (R) embarrassed his constituents once again by turning to conspiracy theory instead of sound policy making.

In order to justify a proposed increase to the property tax rate, Judge Head presented the reelection of President Obama as a potential worst-case scenario, devolving into this mad apocalypse:

"He's going to try to hand over the sovereignty of the United States to the UN, and what is going to happen when that happens? I'm thinking the worst. Civil unrest, civil disobedience, civil war maybe. And we're not just talking a few riots here and demonstrations, we're talking Lexington, Concord, take up arms and get rid of the guy. Now what's going to happen if we do that, if the public decides to do that? He's going to send in U.N. troops. I don't want 'em in Lubbock County. OK. So I'm going to stand in front of their armored personnel carrier and say 'you're not coming in here'. And the Sheriff, I've already asked him, I said 'you gonna back me' he said, 'yeah, I'll back you'. Well, I don't want a bunch of rookies back there. I want trained, equipped, seasoned veteran officers to back me."

Even when Federal law enforcement tries to avoid casualties people end up in body bags. They are really too stupid to comprehend their own propaganda. Those Chuck Norris cells would not last against the local national guard. Rambo does not have an exploding arrow head that will blow up tanks, a bunch of kids riding horses with AK's would not last long against trained military Red Dawn style. Trained disaffected veterans with a brain cell would know they do not stand a chance. This is what happens when you watch too many action movies and get confused by tough political talk.

the constituents are probably either too stupid to realize they just been had or even more colossally stupid that their new tax increase will actually matter...other than funding this moron judge with new toys.

on edit: what will be even more amusing is to see how these new taxes will actually be used.

Thu Aug 23, 2012, 08:24 PM
Aug 2012

I am half Mexican and half white though no one would know by looking at me. I have brown hair, extremely pale skin with freckles and have a Kentucky/Indiana accent. My father's is from Texas. The State of Texas belonged to Mexico first....but that was before, like always the whites came and TOOK what they wanted. Dad Never once took a hand out from this government he has been one of most honorable hard working man. He has made me proud to part Mexican and yes I do speak spanish very well as well as work as a pharmacy technician.
Now, on a different note this judge needs to be removed and stripped of his credentials his kind of crazy talk only encourages and inflames those on the edge of insanity on the right. He is a threat to my President who is honorable and I do believe he truly is looking out for the American People.
