Lubbock Co. Judge warns of potential danger if Obama is re-elected
Source: MyFoxLubbock.com
He's going to try to hand over the sovereignty of the United States to the UN, and what is going to happen when that happens?, Head asked.
I'm thinking the worst. Civil unrest, civil disobedience, civil war maybe. And we're not just talking a few riots here and demonstrations, we're talking Lexington, Concord, take up arms and get rid of the guy.
"Now what's going to happen if we do that, if the public decides to do that? He's going to send in U.N. troops. I don't want 'em in Lubbock County. OK. So I'm going to stand in front of their armored personnel carrier and say 'you're not coming in here'.
"And the sheriff, I've already asked him, I said 'you gonna back me' he said, 'yeah, I'll back you'. Well, I don't want a bunch of rookies back there. I want trained, equipped, seasoned veteran officers to back me."

This crazy, paranoid, delusional judge (who should be removed ASAP) was explaining why a tax increase was needed to increase pay for attorneys on the DA's staff, and to expand the sheriff's staff by seven deputies.

(49,032 posts)NAFTA - Obama and Mexican Trucks!
Friday, April 15, 2011
By Phyllis Schlafly
Barack Obamas deal with the president of Mexico to allow Mexican trucks to carry their loads onto U.S. highways and roads is new evidence of his high-handed solo behavior that has become Standard Operating Procedure in the Administration. Here are ten reasons why Obamas plan is dangerous and must be stopped by Congress and public protest.
... 6. Opening our southern border to Mexican trucks will be a giant step toward the goal of creating a North American Union with open borders between Mexico, the U.S., and Canada, a proposal launched by President George W. Bush using a website called Security and Prosperity Partnership (since deactivated). Obama is advancing the plan under less threatening names: the March 23, 2010 State Department fact sheet titled United States-Mexico Partnership: A New Border Vision, a Nov. 30, 2010 Trusted Traveler agreement with Mexico signed by DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano, and a Feb. 4, 2011 declaration signed by Obama with Canada called "Beyond the Border" A Shared Vision for Perimeter Security.
7. When Mexican truck drivers have their layovers and turn-arounds in the U.S., what's to prevent them from enjoying a frolic and diversion? They could use that time to father a baby who would then be proclaimed a U.S. citizen and get generous financial benefits andhandouts provided by U.S. taxpayers.
Bucky
(54,041 posts)Those damned Mexican teamsters! Why, I'll bet they're just barely slowing down as they drive through God's Heartland, spewing their baby-juice out their windows and hosing down our virginal American girls with demonic LatinoseedTM in order to take over America one welfare paycheck at a time. (54,041 posts)The office of "county judge" in Texas is actually the chief executive officer, an administrative post, of the county government. It's an elective post and he chairs the five member County Commission of his county. Well, technically, it's called the County Court, but the other four officers are the four county commissioners. Trial court judges are called "district judges" because when Texas was carved up into counties in the 1800s, some counties were populous enough to have an entire court judge to themselves and so some small counties were combined into trial court districts (and when the district judge was somewhere else on his circuit, the county judge could then preside over a jury trial).
It's complicated. It's Texas.
PS, just because the judge is a dumbass doesn't mean he wasn't not appointed by Rick Perry. I mean, come on.

McCay removed a series of printouts that began with a short narration of a person contemplating waking up, putting on an Obama T-shirt and then abusing drugs, robbing a store and hitting his wife.
A sheet of mug shots of mostly black men wearing Obama shirts had been tacked beneath the narration. Another printout suggesting no mug shots would show a criminal wearing a shirt supporting a Republican president hung beneath the pictures.
Other posters critical of the Obama administration, including a political cartoon of the president playing Pied Piper to national media outlets and a fictional discussion of former Republican presidents calling Obama "no Abraham Lincoln" hung nearby.

From Lubbock County Democratic Party:
During an August 21, 2012 appearance with County Commissioner Mark Heinrich (R) on Lubbock's FOX 34 News, Lubbock County Judge Tom Head (R) embarrassed his constituents once again by turning to conspiracy theory instead of sound policy making.
In order to justify a proposed increase to the property tax rate, Judge Head presented the reelection of President Obama as a potential worst-case scenario, devolving into this mad apocalypse:
"He's going to try to hand over the sovereignty of the United States to the UN, and what is going to happen when that happens? I'm thinking the worst. Civil unrest, civil disobedience, civil war maybe. And we're not just talking a few riots here and demonstrations, we're talking Lexington, Concord, take up arms and get rid of the guy.
